On-Site Bird Park & Biodiversity Conservation

A key feature of this project will be the development of an on-site bird park, designed to preserve local bird species while offering tourists a unique opportunity to experience Sri Lanka’s rich biodiversity up close. This element enhances the educational and eco-conservation value of the project, appealing to nature lovers, families, and eco-conscious travelers.

In addition, the project will integrate farming and cultivation experiences within the property, allowing guests staying in the cabanas to actively engage in agricultural activities. Tourists will have the opportunity to experience traditional farming practices, cultivation of local crops, and sustainable living concepts, creating a meaningful connection between nature, food, and culture.

Sustainable Tourism & Long-Term Value

By combining eco-friendly cabana accommodation, biodiversity conservation, and immersive farming experiences, this project aims to redefine nature-based tourism while supporting sustainable development and long-term tourism value creation in Sri Lanka.
