About Richmark Holding

Richmark Holding (Pvt) Ltd. is a diversified Sri Lankan business group established in 2018 with a clear purpose: to create long-term economic value while uplifting communities, respecting the environment, and embracing innovation. Headquartered in Kurunegala, the Group has grown from an agriculture-focused enterprise into a multi-sector holding company with interests spanning agriculture and plantations, agri and agro solutions, education, sustainability-driven projects, and value-added ventures.

Our Journey

Founded in 2018 by Dr. Chandana Ganegoda, Richmark Holding began as a visionary initiative to modernize Sri Lanka’s agricultural sector through technology-driven and sustainable cultivation models. In 2020, the company was incorporated as a Private Limited entity, laying the foundation for structured growth and strategic expansion.

Between 2018 and 2023, the Group focused on land development, high-yield cultivation models, and operational consolidation. Through extensive research and field trials, Richmark adopted short-term, high-return crop strategies that delivered strong commercial outcomes while remaining environmentally responsible.

Today, Richmark Holding stands as a recognized leader in modern agriculture and sustainable agribusiness practices, with an expanding footprint across Sri Lanka and growing engagement in international markets.
