The Poverty Eradication Project – Wariyapola is a transformative social development initiative implemented by Rich Mark Holding with the aim of empowering low-income families through sustainable entrepreneurship and income generation.
Project Overview
The project will be carried out under the Wariyapola Divisional Secretariat and targets 1,000 Aswasuma beneficiary families in the year 2026. Through structured training, financial inclusion, and agro-entrepreneurship development, the project focuses on creating long-term economic independence rather than short-term relief.
Project Goals
The primary goal of the project is to transform 500 selected beneficiaries into successful entrepreneurs within one year, enabling them to achieve sustainable monthly incomes and exit poverty-support programs.

- Admission of 1,000 students (10% from beneficiary families) to Haritha Sarasaviya
- Monthly savings deposits of LKR 5 million within one year and LKR 25 million within five years through beneficiary banking participation
